<strong>Actor Sean Gunn to Attend Arctic Lights Comic Con</strong>

Actor Sean Gunn will appear as a star guest at Arctic Lights Comic Con, Finland’s largest pop culture event. Star guests will be announced one by one in the lead-up to the May event. Taking place at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre on 16–17 May 2026, the Comic Con brings together fans of gaming, cosplay, comics, anime, K-pop and fan culture, along with international stars from the worlds of film and games.

Film and TV star Sean Gunn, attending Arctic Lights Comic Con at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Centre on 16–17 May, is known for his captivating roles spanning three decades. He is remembered for playing Kirk Gleason in Gilmore Girls, Kraglin in the Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy, and both Weasel and Calendar Man in The Suicide Squad. He also portrays Maxwell Lord in the Superman (2025) film and in the second season of the Peacemaker series. Gunn brings a unique sense of humor to each role, making his characters truly unforgettable. At the event, fans can meet him at Starlight Main Stage Q&A sessions as well as in dedicated autograph and photo opportunities.

Previously announced as a star guest is Tim Downie, known for his role as Gale Dekarios in the Baldur’s Gate 3 game and for appearances in series such as Outlander, Good Omens and Upstart Crow. On the big screen, Downie has been seen in films including The King’s Speech, Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose, and Paddington.

The event will also feature an extensive line-up of content creators, influencers, and comic artists. Among the influencers attending are ZoneVD, Paqpa, and Leevi Ikävalko. The programme also includes the Finnish Cosplay Championships, K-pop cover dance competitions, and an AMV competition.
