Who is Christopher Eccleston?

Christopher Eccleston is an actor famous for various TV dramas as well as for playing the ninth Doctor in the worlds longest running Sci-fi series, Doctor Who. In addition to being the first Doctor Who in the modern version of the TV-series, Eccleston has been seen acting in several Hollywood movies, such as Gone in 60 seconds, G.I. Joe and the Rise of Cobra and Thor: The dark world. In 2021 Eccleston returned as Doctor Whoin the Doctor Who Audiodrama. Eccleston has also been cast as Mr Phillips in the soon upcoming miniseries Unsaved on Netflix. Throughout his career Eccleston has acted in countless TV -series, movies and on stage performances.
